Privacy policy

When you order — on WhatsApp, on Instagram, or on this site while online ordering is open — we ask for your name, phone number and delivery address, and an email address and a note about the order if you wish. We keep them with the order's items, total and number.

When you pay by card, the details are typed on the payment gateway's own page and never reach this site; the gateway is sent an order number and an amount, and tells us only whether the payment went through.

If you write a review it appears on the product page, once we have approved it, under the name you choose for it and in your words; your phone number, address and order number never appear.

Your cart and anything you typed into the order form stay in your browser, not with us. A cookie remembers the currency prices are shown in, and signing in to the shop's dashboard sets its own session cookies. None of this is used to track you.

Page views are counted anonymously, without cookies and without identifying anyone. There is no other analytics, no advertising and no tracking across sites.

The site is run, the orders are stored and the email is sent by technical service providers working on our behalf, each with no more than its work requires; the courier is told your name, phone number and address. Nobody else sees your data, and we never sell it. If you want these providers named, ask us.

Orders, their receipts and published reviews stay in our records, and nothing is deleted automatically. Ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep and we will.
